Email Reports — Test Mode

Test mode: email either Parts Usage or Maintenance Activities CSV to your signed-in MRM address only. The server recreates the report from the selected organization’s authorized records. Additional recipient addresses are not enabled.

Recipient: Sign in to MRM

Choose both dates, select Parts Usage or Maintenance Activities, and Newest first. Preview the report before sending. Parts reports are records of parts used, not purchase orders.

New farms and businesses can create a private organization through free beta signup. Additional users must still be invited by the MRM administrator; billing is not enabled.

Delete a location (owner only)

Danger zone. Permanently removes the selected location, its sublocations, equipment, maintenance events and parts entries. This is only for owners cleaning up pilot data. Export the Maintenance CSV first. Uploaded files and linked records require separate review.
